Accountancy and Finance - Recruitment Consultant

Rate: £ 22 to £ 30 K (full-time (per year)) + benefits + comm
THE COMPANY:
•Currently established in the North West and Leeds markets, my client is looking to build upon recent successes with some key hires.
•With an impressive client base and some strong working business relationships, my client is currently entering a very exciting growth phase.
•With some of the highest billing consultants in the market, my client regularly attracts high achievers because they know they will be among the best in the business and that they will be duly rewarded for their hard work.
THE ROLE:
•In order to facilitate their growth plans, they are currently looking for professional and hungry recruitment consultants with existing recruitment consultancy experience.
•There are opportunities to work on both the part-qualified and the qualified markets, placing accountants into the general commerce market.
•Temp recruiters from any recruitment background are also encouraged to apply to develop the clerical temp finance market and the qualified temp/interim market.
•If you can bring with you previous financial recruitment experience, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the market's top billers. However recruiters from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
•The role of recruitment consultant will require a great deal of business development and proactive candidate sourcing.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Previous experience of working for a professional recruitment consultancy is essential.
•My client is particularly keen to speak to consultants currently working within or with previous experience of the finance and accountancy recruitment market.
•Recruitment Consultants with experience of the following markets are also encouraged to apply; HR Recruitment, Legal Recruitment, Sales & Marketing Recruitment, Financial Services Recruitment and Commercial Recruitment
•You will be of graduate calibre, highly articulate and thoroughly professional in your approach.
•You will be a strong business developer and capable of building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
