Location: : Coleshill - Birmingham, West Midlands
Rate: £ 6 to £ 6.50 (contract/temp (per hour))
This position may go permanent for the right person.
Working as an administrator within the Customer Care department you will be involved in the checking and processing of documents.
Duties include the logging of invoices on Excel and the on-house database system, processing invoices, checking and processing POD notes, phoning hauliers to discuss/ resolve queries and assisting the team with daily runnings tasks in the department.
You may also be assisting with rebooking deliveries with customers, management of failed deliveries and phoning hauliers to obtain drivers arrival and departure times.
You must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, be able to prioritise workload, have good attention to details, be self motivated, and have an upbeat, lively and friendly manner.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
