Location: : Harrogate - North Yorkshire - Leeds
Rate: £ 17 to £ 20 K (full-time (per year)) + £17000 + £3000 bonus

This is a French company that have recently opened a new division that is now based in Harrogate (yorkshire) which is a 25 minutes train journey from Leeds City Centre. The company is a resource business that offer customer service and administration services for their clients.
As a customer service agent and administrator you must be able to speak both French & English. The main focus of your role will be speaking with clients based in France. Your duties will include the following; printing invoices; call filtering; credit control; speaking with clients; customer queries and enquiries; updating the firms systems; weekly reports and general customer service and administration. The role is permanent with career progression and bonus related pay. You will be working is a brand new office with all new equipment, coupled with the opportunity to go to France to visit the Head office once you have settled in.
This is a very responsible role so the following skills will be required, organised, systematic, accurate, tidy, competent, hardworking, people person, excellent telephone manner. Initiative and brains are a must in this role as there will be some technical information to absorb. This is a career job so therefore commitment and dedication will be required. This role will open possible opportunities to work over in France (administration / customer service)
