A world leading global FMCG organisation has an opportunity for a Finance Manager to deliver the start up of Oracle reporting systems. You will lead the finance operations agenda at site, working closely with the business units to deliver financial controls, standards and effective reporting, forecasting practices.
Delivering the gap analysis you will project plan from a people and system perspective using your own delivery plan and flawless execution of any employee implications on site. Bench mark the product against other sites including weekly labour and raw materials. Integrate Capital Management and working culture into the new structure for both Logistics and Finance. You will posses first time passes for ACA, CIMA or ACCA with exposure working for large organisations, influencing change in a cohesive manor and initiative.
