Material Planner

Rate: to £ 1 (full-time (per year)) + £Negotiable

MATERIAL PLANNER WEST YORKS - INTERIM POSITION - SALARY NEGOTIABLE

My client, a major manufacturing business with it's main sites in West Yorkshire currently has opportunities for a forward thinking Material Planner to join their busy team.

Main responsibilities to include the supervision of a team of material planners, formulating short and long-term delivery schedules. Other duties will include; providing accurate information in a timely manner and investigating and initiating process improvements to provide greater efficiencies in the supply chain.

The right candidate must have similar experience along with good supervisory skills and a knowledge of MRP & ERP systems. The ability to be pro-active in offering solutions and work to tight deadlines is a must.

This position would suit an established professional with experience of material planning.
