Our client is a leading fabrication and welding manufacturer based in Huddersfield. Due to expansion we require an experienced fabrication and welding foreman/supervisor to help lead a team of circa 10 fabricators and welders.

To be considered for this role you MUST have previous experience of MIG and TIG, welding methods. 

As the welding foreman / supervisor, previous man management or supervisory experience is also essential as you will be required to lead a team of up to 10 skilled and semi-skilled fabricators and welders.

Reporting to the fabrication manager, duties will include:

*Day to day workforce management
*Production planning - Involvement within weekly production meetings and day to day allocation of work
