The successful candidate will be working within a small and experienced team where on- going training will be given. We are looking for a tool setting/engineering or other mechanical experience. The successful candidate would be responsible for tool changing and making sure that all machines are set and prepared for different batches of products. Experience of dealing with short run batches and ability of setting/changing a tool in the shortest possible time would be advantageous. We are looking for candidates who have got an ability to troubleshoot and think logically. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and will be prepared to react quickly when a new or unexpected problem occurs. Working alongside Production Operators, Tool Setter will be responsible for the efficiency, maintenance and productivity of the machines.
