Receptionist/ Commercial Administrator
Location: : Lichfield - Birmingham, West Midlands
Rate: £ 12 to £ 14 K (full-time (per year))
Experienced Receptionist/ Administrator required for busy company based in the Lichfield area.
You must have previous receptionist and administration experience, and ideally be available immediately on a temp to perm basis.
You will be answering and distributing telephone calls, issuing corporate literature, managing and distributing company e-mails, opening and distributing post and meeting and greeting visitors.
You will also assist with preparation of reports and presentations, booking flights hotels and facilities, diary management, ordering stationary supplies and maintaining holiday, training an appraisal records.
The hours of work will be 9.00am-5.15pm Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am-4.00pm on Friday.
