Rate: £ 19.2 to £ 21.5 K (full-time (per year)) + On site Parking, Pension/Medical Schemes

THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION. THE TEMPORARY PAY RATE WILL BE LOWER THAN THE ANNUAL SALARY AND DEPENDANT ON THE PERSON AND EXPERIENCE.

This Busy establishment based in Perry Barr require a Recruitment Administrator to join their team.

The summary of the job is to assist in providing an effective recruitment and selection service for the company and to participate in the general administration of the Human Resources Department.

Main duties of this position include:

Liaising with recruiting managers to ensure that job descriptions, person specifications and other application pack materials are of a high standard.
Advertise vacancies when and where necessary using the appropriate media.
To update and maintain the recruitment website and subsequent follow up enquiries as necessary.
Preparing and issuing application packs
Undertaking the administration for short listing and interviews
Maintaining an effective audit trail for manual and computerised records at all times
To respond effectively to enquiries from members of staff and potential employees in relation to recruitment and selection.
