My client is an International Award winning Recruitment Consultancy operating within Commercial Recruitment. They are currently offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced recruiter with management experience to take over the daily running of this highly regarded city centre branch. THE ROLE
•As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of an already established team of experienced recruitment consultants
•You will take a leading role with client management, perform a billing function alongside your managerial duties plus you will be given the responsibility of managing the branch budget
•You will mentor and coach the existing consultants plus you will be given the autonomy to build the branch, increasing headcount and developing the brand
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•You will be an experienced recruitment consultant, preferably with a permanent recruitment background with experience ideally from commercial, retail, hospitality or sales recruitment
•You will have had previous management experience within recruitment, either as a team leader, branch manager or managing consultant
•You will be able to perform a dual function of billing and managing, taking control of the more senior end of the market recruiting at managerial and director level.
•You will be quality driven, focused on excellent client and candidate service.
