Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy Practice Recruitment
Location: : Leeds - Leeds
Rate: £ 25 to £ 35 K (full-time (per year)) + benefits + comm
This client is a boutique recruitment consultancy operating within Finance and Accountancy sector with an unparalleled reputation and market-leading levels of service delivery. If you are an experienced recruitment consultant, with a track record in either finance recruitment, legal recruitment, HR recruitment, marketing recruitment or any other professional sector and want more autonomy, a fantastic brand, better earning potential and no office politics, then look no further!
The Client:

The Role:
•A 360 degree role, involving existing clients, candidate sourcing and some account management.
•Encompassing the entire recruitment process from start to finish you will be responsible for recruiting Accountants into the Private Practice market.
•You will inherit a warm desk and will be given total autonomy to build your desk as your business
The Candidate:
•Well presented and highly professional, the applicant should be a strong business developer who is capable of building relationships with clients and candidates on a consultative basis.
•Ideally a recruitment consultant with professional services recruitment experience, however, this could be a recruitment consultant coming from any recruitment sector.
•Professional, ethical, hard-working and credible.
