Role
- We are looking for someone who enjoys account management, but also enjoys proactively approaching candidates through networking and head hunting
- Working with a lively team, you will be sourcing and placing experienced recruitment consultants into other Recruitment Positions.
- Areas of specialism are diverse ranging from IT, Finance, Construction and Engineering, Legal, Media & Creative, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing and Secretarial.
- Even though we have a very established client base that you will be given, you will be expected to develop and manage your own desk as if it were your own business - including face to face client visits.
- Sourcing candidates through networking, referrals and advertising
- Working closely within the team
The Successful Candidate
- You will have track record in recruitment experience from any market
- A proven track record of success
- Tenacity, Flair and imagination
- Headhunting experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Results driven
- Well Presented, energetic, professional, driven with a good sense of humour
- Excellent communication skills
- New business development and account management skills.
