Sales Administrator

Location: : Goldthorpe - Doncaster
Rate: £ 14.5 K (full-time (per year))

The role is essentially to support the Sales function
Customer service support to existing and new clients
Responsibility for the sales and administrative processes of the business
General duties will include:
Liaising with customers via telephone and email
Providing first line assistance to all inbound enquiries and directing relevant calls to other staff. Reception of visitors to the office.
Assistance to the Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales Staff and Directors
Relationship management with Customers, Suppliers and Dutch Parent Company
Processing Sales Quotations, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, seeing through to delivery of goods.
Acquiring Purchase Costs for UK Suppliers and negotiating discounts.
Lead up to and completion of Sales Invoicing. Registering of Purchaser Invoices Some book-keeping knowledge would be an advantage.
Dealing with technical issues and queries regarding sports equipment.
General Office duties and organisation, including keeping customer, sales & purchase order files up to date and in order. Ensuring adequate supplies of stationery and normal housekeeping for a small office.
