Team Leader

Location: : Barnsley - Doncaster
Rate: £ 18 K (full-time (per year))

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to effectively manage day to day area issues to ensure manufacturing performance.
Duties to include:
Effective planning, relationship building, training, health & safety and monitoring targets and productivity.
You will also be responsible for any ad hoc projects and investigations as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a supervisory position; have experience of the food industry, (preferably chilled food manufacture), have the ability to communicate at all levels of the business; have good problem solving skills and also have the ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
