STOCK
To book in supplies on a daily basis in the warehouse
To ensure goods delivered are counted and signed for accordingly. Any damaged goods or cartons should only be signed for as damaged.
To strip the garments once they arrive form the suppliers and size them accordingly.
To obtain the supplier file for each particular group of clothing.
To run the order from the system in the warehouse
To book the stock onto the Goods Inward Note (GIN) in the warehouse
To sign the stock off and deliver to IT with the appropriate delivery notes.
SALE STOCK - IN
To liaise with the store managers to obtain delivery date.
Once stock arrives to collate all 'note numbers'.
To strip the plastic from the garments.
To book the garments in using the barcode reader.
To add the appropriate store number to the barcode reader and enter the relevant 'action code'.
To arrange stock by size, type of garment and brand order.
SALE STOCK - OUT
To liaise with the store managers to obtain details of how much stock can be taken.
To distribute the stock following normal booking out procedure.
To ensure that sale stock is marked for appropriate percentage discount as advised by the Merchandiser.
DELIVERIES
To accept delivery of the price labels (KIMBLES) from the IT department.
To strip the KIMBLES and place in style/ size order and prepare for delivery by matching the garment reference number to the KIMBLES and adding to the garment.
To distribute the garments to the stores by using the IT system and physically distributing the stock.
To book the stock out for all stores by using the barcode reader (Gun) using 'Action code 12' and allocating the store number and select 'enter'.
To obtain the despatch note from IT (printed off on the distribution printer).
To bag all garments to be delivered, allocating appropriate store numbers to each and adding the despatch note.
GENERAL
To liaise with stores on a regular basis to obtain stationary requirements, allocating stock to each store for delivery as appropriate
To asses all stock on receipt of delivery for damage, if faulty either returning to supplier or send to be repaired.
To keep track of faulty stock per store by identifying trends and issues on a weekly basis using appropriate spreadsheet.
To perform stock takes on a bi-monthly basis as a minimum.
To keep the warehouse in a clean and tidy state, recycling all appropriate waste.
To have regular and objective appraisal reviews with the director.
To be aware of health and safety issues in the warehouse

The ideal candidate must be organised, systematic, hardworking, be a good communicator and have the ability to work under pressure. The is a permanent position.
£17000 + pension + healthcare + sick.
