Mechanical Site Manager - Central London\n\n£325-£375 per day (Outside IR35) | Long-Term Contract\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking for long-term contract work across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects ranging from £500k to £4million in mechanical value.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and oversee all mechanical works on site from installation through to commissioning and handover\nCoordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification\nEnsure full compliance with health & safety procedures and site standards\nMonitor project progress, identify risks, and provide updates to Project and Contracts Managers\nConduct site inspections, manage QA processes, and oversee snagging and close-out activities\nAttend and lead site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams\nReview and manage RAMS, permits, and site documentation\nMaintain high standards of workmanship and drive programme delivery across all mechanical packages\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within commercial fit-out or building services projects\nStrong technical understanding of HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, and mechanical building services installations\nSMSTS or SSSTS certification\nStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skills\nExperience managing fast-paced projects and coordinating multiple subcontractors\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and project programmes\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\n£325-£375 per day (Outside IR35)\nLong-term contract opportunity with a strong pipeline of upcoming work\nExposure to high-profile commercial fit-out projects across Central London\nSupportive project teams and established delivery structureIf you're an experienced Mechanical Site Manager looking for your next long-term opportunity in London, we'd like to hear from you.\n\nApply now or get in touch for more information
